Where We Ship

We currently ship physical products within Australia only.

If you're outside Australia and would like to enquire about ordering, please get in touch at [email protected] and we'll see what we can do.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days of purchase. Kerry packs and ships each order personally, so you can expect a little extra love in every parcel.

Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are:

• Metro areas (NSW, VIC, QLD, SA, WA): 3–7 business days

• Regional and remote areas: 5–10 business days

These are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during busy periods (like Christmas or natural disruptions). We appreciate your patience!

Shipping Costs

Shipping is a flat rate within Australia:

• 1 planner: $10

• 2 or more planners: $20

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your parcel on its journey.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has been shipped.

Digital Products

Digital products (including downloadable planners or resources) are delivered instantly via email after purchase. No waiting, no postage required!

Please check your spam or junk folder if your download link doesn't arrive within a few minutes. If you're still having trouble, contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out promptly.
